About Sagad Farms
Sagad Farms owns and operates on a 420 Hectares of land in Tiga Dam Area of Kano State. We own state of the art machines and irrigation facilities that enable us to be in production all year round.
The company invests in commercial seed rice, paddy production, aggregation and Agric Services. In recent years we have expanded into other field crops such as maize, sorghum and soy beans.
Leveraging on its distribution network and strong expertise in Rice production, Sagad Farms has ventured into milling to create more direct market presence in the country.

Has always had a passion for agriculture at a very young age in addition to a vast experience with crop production, paddy aggregation, and fertilizer distribution

Mr. Abubakar is a Computer Science graduate turned farmer boost extensive expertise in farming, paddy aggregation, procurement, rice milling machines, farm equipment and production.
He is currently serving as the Acting General Manager at Sagad farms Limited

A graduate of Electrical Engineering from Bayero University Kano
He has more than five years working experience in rice milling operations; working as a Plant Operations Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor and Assistant to Plant Project Manager

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Well-experienced in the process of Rice Milling and Farming.A graduate in Survey and Geo-Informatics from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (ATBU). Joined Sagad Farms in 2021 assisting the MD in setting up the Rice Mill and Farm Development Plans
